Your help allows Way Walkers to walk beside Christian leaders who may feel unknown or forgotten. These brothers and sisters in Christ often struggle in oppressive environments. Way Walkers Worldwide works to strengthen the ministers’ walk with Christ, enrich biblical teaching, and develop their leadership skills. We also provide training in evangelism and discipleship and connect participants to useable resources. Will you partner with us in helping leaders lead?
You can help Way Walkers Worldwide in three ways: you can give; you can go; and, most importantly, you can pray.
You Can Give
Way Walkers Worldwide depends on the generous donations of its supporters. Your gifts cover the expenses of our mission projects. In addition to the cost of the trips, some groups ask us to bring supplies, e.g., Bibles or textbooks. If you’re interested in making a donation, please visit the Donations page.
You Can Go
Way Walkers Worldwide would welcome your participation in one of our mission projects. If you are interested in joining us, please contact us. We will work with you to incorporate your gifts and skills into our program.
You Can Pray
Prayer must undergird any mission endeavor. Unless God leads the planning, preparation, and project completion, we are spinning our wheels. More than anything else, Way Walkers Worldwide needs your prayer support. Specific prayer needs include:
- Wisdom to know how to respond to requests for assistance
- Team building—developing the right team for each invitation
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and understanding–every culture and situation is unique. Those who attend our training face heart-wrenching challenges. In many cultures, becoming Christian results in losing their family and ethnic ties. We need wisdom and grace as we help ministers explore ways they can lead, not just individuals to Christ, but families and ethnic groups.
- Spiritual warfare—any time believers are doing the Lord’s work, they face opposition. We need discernment to detect the efforts of the evil one, discipline to resist responding in the ways of the flesh, and God’s power to overcome.
